How to open a trading account?

Opening your very own Live Trading Account is faster than ever!

Our dev team put a great deal of thought into streamlining the account opening procedures to allow our traders to open accounts and start trading with as few steps as possible.

Step 1: Log into your client portal.

Make sure to add the client portal url into your bookmarks bar so you don't have to type it in every time.

Step 2: Navigate to the accounts page.

Once you have successfully logged into your client portal, you will be taken to your dashboard. Click the second option from the menu on your left labeled "Accounts".

Step 3: Click the "Create New Account" button.

If you already have several account, you may have to scroll down the page a bit to locate the Create New Account Button.
* If you have not completed KYC Verification, you will be prompted to do so prior to opening your account.

Simply click the "Create New Account" button to initiate the account opening procedure.

Step 4: Select Your Platform.

Our firm is one of the only regulated forex brokers to offer three different trading platforms. We offer demo an live accounts on cTrader, ZeroX Trader and MetaTrader 5. This gives our traders freedom, flexibility and an edge in the markets. Simply choose which platform you would like to open an account with and click continue.

Step 5: Choose your account type.

Click the Account Type dropdown menu, locate and then select your desired account type.

Step 6: Choose your currency.

Our platform supports traditional live trade accounts on USD as well as EUR accounts.

Our regulated forex broker EPFX, offers USD and EUR live trading accounts. This allows our traders who are already accustomed to trading EUR based accounts to hop right into trading without having to miscellaneous calculations for deposit, trading and withdrawal conversions.

Step 7: Choose your leverage.

From the "Select Leverage" dropdown, you will be able to choose from a range of leverages that will vary based on the chose platform. The highest leverage we offer is 1:500 but in some special cases, we may grant a trader to have up to 1:1000 if the trader meet the minimum capital requirements. If you are interested in upgrading to higher leverage and have an account balance over $250,000.00 USD, please open a support ticket and request a call with our VIP Client Concierge team.

Step 8: Click submit.

The final step in opening your new Live Trading Account is to click the submit button! Once you click submit, you account will be opened and you will be shown your login and password details so make sure to copy and save them somewhere safe. We will also send you an automated email containing your login credentials.
